PHIL DITTMER (MANAGER)
Phil Dittmer developed a love of fitness when he started training for football at the young age of 13. Phil graduated Cum Laude from Adrian College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science in 2006.
After his undergraduate education, he began his passion for personal training with a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Phil continued his studies earning a Master’s of Education in Kinesiology, with a focus on sport and exercise psychology from Wayne State University in 2012. While attending grad school, he worked as a personal trainer, as well as a graduate teaching assistant.
In 2014, Phil decided he wanted to pursue his boyhood dream of becoming a firefighter. He currently works as a professional firefighter/paramedic, while also managing CoachMeFit Birmingham. Phil brings his passion for exercise and helping others to the facility every day with a positive attitude.
He lives a life inspired by one of his favorite Marcus Aurelius quotes; “Just that you do the right thing. The rest doesn’t matter.”
AMY RICHARDSON, R.Kin.
Amy Richardson is a Registered Kinesiologist and
graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Human Kinetics in
Movement Science from the University of Windsor,
Ontario, Canada. She is an American Council on Exercise
and a Fitness Ontario Leadership Certified Personal
Trainer. She is also certified in Pre/Post Natal
Fitness, Kettlebell Athletics, Box Athletics and is a
Certified Nutrition Advisor. She is a Certified
Cecchetti Council of America ballet teacher, a Certified
Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) and a Certified Al
Gilbert jazz and tap teacher. Amy has over 20 years of
experience as a personal trainer in both the U.S. and
Canada. She specializes in areas of pre-surgery and
post-rehabilitation training, seniors (including
octogenarians and nonagenarians), pre / post natal
training and back pathologies. Amy has worked with sport
specific areas including dance and hockey. Her hobbies
include fitness (of course), theatre, dancing, reading,
cooking, baking and wine. She believes in a whole body
approach; movement, proper nutrition, hydration and
sleep to create your ideal body type.
My name is Jason Peterson and I have been in the health
and fitness industry for over 11 years. I have worked in
all different types of fitness settings. After
graduating with a B.S. in exercise science in 2002 I
moved to the metro Detroit area from Mt. Pleasant. I am
also certified from the American council on exercise
(ACE). Over the past 11 plus years I have worked with
clients of all ages and fitness levels helping with
weight loss, post rehabilitation, and athletes. In my
free time I enjoy watching and playing all sports
including playing golf any chance I get! I also enjoy
taking my daughter back up north spending time on the

With almost 10 years of experience in the industry. Seeing the direct emotional and physical changes
that clients undergo through training is what makes Raimonda so passionate about fitness.
Her approach not only produces great physical results, it also builds durability that helps
clients accomplish everyday tasks.
Hey my name is Alec Zaire Johnson. I'm a senior at WSU majoring in kinesiology (study of human
movement) with a focus in exercise and sport science. Studying the reasons that motivates us in our
everyday lives to be physically active. I have been an physical active for as long as I can remember.
Playing sports like football, wrestling, and track. With sixteen years of experience as an athlete,
trainer, and coach; I'm confident I can help you make improvements to your health goals.
