Thank you Scott for helping me significantly improve my overall level of fitness with a more efficient workout. I have exercised regularly for many years; but my fitness routine included "lots of stuff." It was not necessarily focused on my needs and seldom did I challenge myself. You accurately identified those areas requiring improved strength and flexibility to maintain overall fitness and an improved golf swing. You also showed me how to enhance my aerobic workout on the elliptical machine. I can now complete each workout in less than an hour and the printouts of each exercise are particularly helpful when I work out alone. Recently I was traveling and had to manage my luggage and a heavy backpack - it was breeze! Thanks again!
