  • I began my passion in strength training after a back injury in 2002. After lower back surgery, I was determined to further understand how to heal the body with minimal repeated hospital care.
  • After various leadership roles in the corporate world, I decided to pursue a Ph.D. in Health Psychology, while committing to personal training, massage therapy and other alternative modalities that increase the quality of care for clients who suffer from injuries. I landed at Coach Me Fit in May of 2018. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The facility is great and the owners are even better. The trainers here are welcoming and passionate about we do for each and every client.
